Terramin Australia Limited is principally engaged in the exploration for, and development of base metal, gold and other economic mineral deposits. The Company�s subsidiaries include Menninnie Metals Limited, Western Mediterranean Zinc Spa, Terramin Spain S.L. and Terramin Exploration Pty Ltd. During the year ended December 31, 2006, in Menninnie Zinc Project � EL 3640, a total of 37 diamond drill holes (DDH) totaling 14,400 meters and 34 reverse circulation (RC) drillholes totaling 4,608 meters were drilled. During 2006, the Company continued to focus on its established zinc projects in Australia and Algeria. 7An infill diamond drill programme at the Tala Hamza deposit was commenced in July 2006. A total of three holes were successfully completed.
