Woodside Petroleum Ltd. (Woodside) is the parent company of the Woodside group of companies. Woodside explores, develops, produces and markets gas and oil from Australia, the Americas and Africa to customers across the globe. The Company�s business segments are North West Shelf Ventures, Australia Business Unit, Middle East & Africa Business Unit Exploration, United States of America Business Unit, and Group and Unallocated. During the year ended December 31, 2006, domestic gas/liquefied natural gas (LNG) contributed to 31% of Woodside's total revenues, while oil, condensate and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) accounted for 46%, 20% and 3%, respectively.
