Zinc Co Australia Limited is a Malaysia-based company principally engaged in the identification, exploration and development of zinc deposits in Australia. The Company either owns or holds the right to earn a majority interest in five zinc projects in Western Australia totalling approximately 560 square kilometres within eight granted tenements and applications for tenements. Zinc Co holds 100% interest in the Earaheedy and Horse Springs projects. It also has a 100% interest in all minerals (other than tungsten and molybdenum) at the Mt Alexander project. Zinc Co has the right to earn up to 75% interest in all minerals (other than nickel) at the Cardinals project, and up to 75% interest in all minerals (other than gold) in the Conquistador project.
